according to wiki, it only drops from Fendi's chest, and only by primary attribute

edit: thanks marmar and stuey, sounds good to me. I thought the only thing worth anything from that chest was the BDS, but that was a nice consolation prize.

Your research is correct its only primary and drops only from SoO endchest.
R9 ES is okay now i guess with ER protters being needed more ofter.
Id say maybe 25kish, dont quote me but 20-30k sounds reasonable to me.

Agreed, used to be much more but over farming for BDS and these are now 20-30k for r9 es and divine
