according to wiki, it only drops from Fendi's chest, and only by primary attribute

Your research is correct its only primary and drops only from SoO endchest.
R9 ES is okay now i guess with ER protters being needed more ofter. Id say maybe 25kish, dont quote me but 20-30k sounds reasonable to me. Smars |

Agreed, used to be much more but over farming for BDS and these are now 20-30k for r9 es and divine
